Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use thegoodki.co or book a session or programme with us.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use thegoodki.co and when you book or buy a service from The Good Ki Company®. The Good Ki Company is part of Malone Inc Limited, company number 14300339, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Rowan House, London Road East, Amersham, HP7 9DH, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

You can contact us at support@thegoodki.co or through our contact form. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our privacy policy and earnings disclaimer.

2. Our services

We offer business coaching and mentoring for holistic practitioners, coaches, and service providers, including the Business Power Hour and the Momentum Programme. Our services give you guidance, education, and accountability. They are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make in your business.

3. The Business Power Hour

  • Booking and payment: you choose a time and pay in full when you book. Prices include VAT where it applies.
  • The session: a 60-minute video call on Google Meet. We send you a short goals questionnaire beforehand and your written notes and action plan afterwards.
  • Rescheduling: you can move your session once, free of charge, if you tell us at least 48 hours before it starts.
  • Missed sessions: if you do not join within 15 minutes of the start time and have not told us, the session counts as delivered.
  • If we need to move your session: we will offer you a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

4. The Momentum Programme

You apply for the Momentum Programme through our application form. We review every application and, if we think it is a good fit, arrange a call with you. Nothing is charged until we both agree to go ahead. The programme then runs under a separate written agreement that sets out what is included, the fee, payment terms, and cancellation terms.

5. Your right to cancel

If you are buying as a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking. If you book a session that takes place within those 14 days, you are asking us to provide it during the cancellation period. If you cancel before the session, we will refund you in full. Once the session has taken place, your right to cancel ends.

To cancel, email support@thegoodki.co with your name and booking details. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Most of our clients buy for their business, in which case the statutory right to cancel does not apply, but we will still refund any session you cancel at least 48 hours before it starts.

6. Our content

Everything on this website and everything we give you, including worksheets, templates, notes, and action plans, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it in your own business, but you must not copy, share, resell, or publish it without our written permission.

7. Using the website

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access or by introducing viruses.

The website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses such as lost profits or opportunities, or for results that depend on your own actions. Our total liability to you for any service is limited to the price you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with anything we have done, please email support@thegoodki.co. We will reply within five working days and do our best to put things right.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
